Guest Policies
- One Night Rentals Welcome (mid-week, low season weekends & last minute)
- 2 night minimum other times
- October and Holiday Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay
- Rates quoted are double occupancy.
- Additional guests are charged $20 per person, per night.
- Children over 4 years old are welcome (up to 2 children under 12 per room are free)
- Smoke-Free Property- inside and out
- Due to potential guest allergies, no perfume please
- Check-in by appointment between 4:00-7:00 PM
- Later or earlier check-in may be available by special arrangement.
- Check-out is 12:00 noon
- Reservation Deposit is One Night’s Room Rate plus 11.75% tax
- You may cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to your arrival to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 0-6 days before arrival are subject to payment of entire reservation. October and Holidays require a 14 day advance notice and a 2 night minimum stay. Early departure is not refundable.

- No pets in shared guest areas
