Food and Snacks
Enjoy our complimentary full gourmet breakfast at 9:00 AM. We use only natural ingredients including local, seasonal, and organic fruits and vegetables, dairy, eggs, grains, breads, and beverages. We’re knowledgeable about food allergies and intolerances and can prepare your meal vegetarian, vegan, or without wheat, gluten, dairy, peanuts, eggs, etc. with advance notice. A healthy continental breakfast is available with advance notice for guests needing early check-out or prefer to eat at their own convenience.
Guests may use the Refrigerator and Microwave in the dining room. Complimentary Wine, Beer, Water and Snacks are offered daily.
Rooms
Each room features a plush Euro-top or memory foam mattress. Therapeutic pillows are available upon request, including memory foam, contour foam, down alternative, extra firm, and extra soft. We use cruelty-free materials in our pillows and linens. All Bedrooms include a private bath, sitting area, cable TV, DVD players, sound machine alarm clocks, hair dryers, fluffy fleece robes, comfy terry slippers, romantic flameless candles, ceiling fans, A/C, heat.
Physical Activity/The Outdoors
We offer a state-of-the-art fitness room, including recumbent bike, elliptical trainer, and treadmill. Walking outdoors for exercise is easy at our B & B. Our expansive circular driveway forms a walking or running track with built-in hills for a moderate challenge. A nature trail leads to our private sandy beach area on Hominy Creek with a picnic table and lazy hammock.
Our property has been Certified as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation, providing food, water, shelter, and a place for animals to raise their young. Stargazing at night at the Green Mountain B & B is an awesome sight. On a clear night, you can see a sky full of stars with your naked eye, or use our Telescope for closer viewing.
Technology
For those who need to stay connected with your computer or print out your flight boarding passes, we offer free hi-speed wireless internet, as well as a dedicated guest computer with printer for your use during your stay.
