Hot flashes when you’re young?
I’m 15 and I sometimes (not too often) find myself switching sides of the pillow because my face gets hot, I flip my bed cover the other side when one side gets warmed by my body heat and I want the cooler side.
Can these be hot flashes? I’m 15, female and have pretty good health..
